The STAR employee was the activity director who always had fun and interesting activities for the patients and truly cared for them. The bus to take the patients to activities or to the store, was most often not available, due to the home not paying the rental fee for the bus. When I saw incidents involving other patients I would report to nurses. I contacted the state Ombudsman and reported issues but never saw a resolution to the problems.

The entire place seems to be well ventilated, it always feels fresh and comfortable inside. I can't say enough about the outstanding staff at "Trinity Care Center" in Round Rock. My mom is a resident there and is extremely happy.
